In the United States, DEXUS owns and manages 103 industrial properties, totalling more than 26.7 million square feet in 15 industrial and logistics markets.

We specialize in business parks, logistics and distribution facilities, providing high quality properties for our tenants, both local and international companies, in key locations.

Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, our corporate history dates back over 25 years during which time we have established leadership positions in the office and industrial sectors and established a strong track record with our tenants, investors and capital partners.

Our objective in the US is to become a market leader in industrial real estate on the west coast.    

In 2009 we commenced the repositioning of our existing portfolio to progressively concentrate investments on the west coast.     

In June 2010 we opened a new DEXUS management office in Newport Beach, California and expanded our US management including the recruitment of the Master Development Corporation (MDC) team who bring extensive industrial real estate management and construction expertise and experience in the west coast.
