DEXUS is one of the world's leading real estate groups with over US$14.2 billion of office, industrial and retail assets under management. We specialize in owning, managing and developing high quality office and industrial real estate, primarily in the United States and Australia.
The Group has two areas of operation:
- Our US$7.8 billion direct property portfolio – DEXUS Property Group (ASX stock code: DXS) one of the largest listed Australian real estate investment trusts (A-REIT). DXS owns, manages and develops high quality office and industrial assets primarily the United States and Australia.
DXS’s primary objective is to maximise total returns to investors and provide a combination of income and capital growth over the medium to long term. Our portfolio strategy is to actively manage our properties and increase our development pipeline to deliver consistently strong financial performance and increased returns to our investors.
- Our third party investment management business which manages and develops office, industrial and retail properties on behalf of third party investors. At US$6.4 billion, this is one of the largest third party investment management platforms in Australia, and includes DEXUS Wholesale Property Fund and three private client mandates, which collectively make up one of the largest third party investment management businesses in Australia.
